This cake is one of my greatest baking accomplishments! I made it for my parents’ anniversary, and it was gone within a couple of days! This cake has a moist, yet light, chocolate cake and is filled with creamy whipped cream and fresh cherries! As the cherry on top (dad joke lol), it is covered with chocolate shavings and extra cherries! 🍒
